We are a small studio, and we read every message. Whether you have a question about a piece, a thought about the work, or a project you would like to discuss, you are welcome to write to us. We will reply, in our own words, as soon as we can.

The most direct way to reach us is by email.

If your message relates to an existing order, please include the order number and the email used at checkout. This helps us find your record quickly.

Studio Hours

We are available by email and form during the following hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 Hong Kong Time (HKT, UTC+8)
  • Closed on weekends and Hong Kong public holidays

Messages received outside of these hours are read at the start of the next business day. We aim to reply within 24 business hours; in most cases, sooner.

Holiday closures and extended absences are announced in advance on this page and on our social channels.

What to Expect When You Write

A short note on how we work, so you know what to expect:

  • Every message is read by a human, in the order it arrives
  • Replies are written in the same language you wrote to us, in English or in Chinese, as you prefer
  • We do not use automated phone menus, scripted replies, or chatbots
  • If your question requires looking up an order or a carrier, we will tell you when we have started that work and when you can expect a follow-up

Online

We do not currently maintain public social channels. Studio announcements and release notes are made through our website and by email.

Studio Address

Our studio is in Central, Hong Kong. We do not currently have a retail showroom, and the studio is not open to walk-in visits.

A Note on the Kind of Enquiries We Receive

Most of what arrives in our inbox is about a specific piece, an order, or a question about care. We are glad to help with all of these.

For a few kinds of requests, we have separate channels so they reach the right person quickly:

  • Trade, hospitality, and interior design projects: Please use the contact form and select "Trade & Custom." We will route your enquiry to the project lead.
  • Press, editorial, and media requests: Please use the contact form and select "Press." We respond to media enquiries within 3 business days.
  • Wholesale and reseller enquiries: Please use the contact form and select "Wholesale." We share our trade terms with qualified partners.

Our customer service inbox is for existing customers, individual orders, and general questions. Sending wholesale or press requests to this address will simply add a few days of redirection.

If You Have Not Heard Back

If more than two business days have passed without a reply, please check your spam folder, and feel free to write again. Mail servers occasionally misroute, and we would rather receive your message twice than miss it once.
